This process replenishes the refrigerant lost over time (Every year, your car’s air conditioning system will lose around 10% of the refrigerant needed), keeping the air inside your car cool, clean and comfortable during warmer months.
We recommend a re-gas every two years to keep your air con performing at its best.
All vehicles manufactured since 1st January 2017 with air conditioning require the new R1234YF air con gas which is more environmentally friendly.
R134A gas is common in vehicles manufactured before 2014 when manufacturers started to phase in the new YF gas.
